Fomalhaut emerges low in the southeast by the 23rd, and Cassiopeia’s W climbs higher each evening. The bright Summer Triangle dominates early nights, with Altair and Vega prominent. A nearly total lunar eclipse occurs on August 27–28, visible across the Americas.
